Returns/Exchanges Request
We want you to love your jewelry, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve made our return and exchange process simple and transparent — no stress, no questions asked.
Return Policy for Madhumala Jewelry:
- You can initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving your order.
Note:
- Products bought under Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar offers are eligible for refunds to your Madhumala Wallet only.
- Items purchased at discounted prices (strike-through pricing without applying a coupon) can be returned.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to missing items. Please record the package being opened from its sealed state.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Head over to the Returns/Exchanges section on our website or app.
- Enter your Madhumala Order ID (starting with #MM) and your contact number.
- Select the item(s) you want to return.
- Fill in the required details:
- Select a return reason
- Upload at least 2 clear images
- Add your pickup address and date
- Choose how you'd like to receive your refund
- Double-check all the info and confirm your request.
Refunds:
- Once we’ve picked up your item and completed a quick verification, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days, in line with RBI guidelines.
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to your original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded to the UPI ID or bank details you provide.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Products marked as part of a final sale or clearance, as noted on the product page
Exchange Policy – Valid for 10 Days
If something didn’t go as expected, we’re happy to help with an exchange:

Wrong item sent | Exchange for the correct product |
Sizing issues | Exchange for a different size (same design) |
If the exact item isn’t available, we’ll help you find the closest match or offer a refund/store credit — whichever works better for you.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Visit the Returns/Exchanges page on our site.
- Enter your Madhumala Order ID (e.g., #MM1234) and contact number.
- Choose the item(s) for exchange.
- Share these details:
- Reason for exchange
- At least 2 images of the product
- Pickup address and preferred date
- Let us know if it’s for a new size or a replacement
- Review and confirm your exchange request.
